Absolutely. There's no lock-in period and no notice period. You can cancel your listing with one click at any time, and you'll never be billed again after that.
Who are the buyers on the platform?
The buyers are private individuals, entrepreneurs, and investment companies actively looking to acquire businesses. We vet all buyers before they can contact sellers to ensure serious enquiries.
How long does it take to create a listing?
Creating a listing takes 5-10 minutes. You fill in basic information about your company, and then you're live. How quickly you receive interest depends on your industry and figures – some get responses within days.
Do you help with negotiations and legal matters?
We're a marketplace, not a broker. You handle contact with buyers yourself and are responsible for any negotiations and agreements. That's why we don't take commission – you do the work. We recommend engaging a solicitor when needed.
What happens if I change my mind?
You can remove your listing at any time without explanation. If you change your mind within the first 7 days (trial period), it costs nothing at all.
How do I know the buyers are serious?
We verify all buyers before they can contact sellers. We ask for basic information and check that they're serious parties. You also get to assess each enquiry yourself before choosing to share more information.
What type of company can be listed?
